Co-Founder & CEO of First Coast ABA Services, Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Claire Ledford, M.Ed., BCBA, is the co-founder & CEO of First Coast ABA Services. Claire is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience providing clinical services and leading ABA programs across a variety of settings, including home, school, community, and Telehealth environments.

Throughout her career, Claire has worked closely with children and families to address socially significant goals related to communication, social interaction, interfering behaviors, and functional independence. She is particularly passionate about providing highly individualized care that allows children to build meaningful skills within their natural environments. Claire’s clinical approach emphasizes collaboration with caregivers, empowering families with practical strategies that support continued growth outside of therapy sessions.

In addition to her clinical work, Claire has held leadership roles overseeing ABA services across multiple regions, supporting clinical teams, and helping organizations build high-quality behavioral health programs. These experiences shaped her vision for First Coast ABA Services. Creating a practice where families receive direct, expert-level care from a BCBA during every session.

Claire is committed to delivering ethical, evidence-based care while partnering closely with families to ensure each child receives thoughtful, individualized support that promotes long-term progress and independence.

Outside of her professional work, Claire enjoys spending time with her family along the St. Marys River on the Georgia–Florida border, where they enjoy the outdoors and the natural beauty of Northeast Florida.
